My dad made this broccoli coleslaw one time for me and I fell in love ever since! I made it for my mother-in-law one time and now she asks for it every time that we have a family get together! This is seriously the best coleslaw ever and I am totally craving it right now! My mouth is literally watering right now!
So I have to share one of my favorite and easiest recipes! It’s so good and I could easily eat the entire thing by myself (sometimes I do eat it all by myself: Don’t judge me)!
What You Will Need:
4 Broccoli Heads
1 Cup Grapes
1 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 Cup Non Salted Whole Cashews
1 can of Lighthouse Coleslaw Dressing
How to Make:
10 Minutes to Make
First wash and cut up your broccoli into bite sized pieces and put it into a large bowl
Next cut the cup of grapes into halves and throw on top of the broccoli
Then you want to throw the cup of dried cranberries on top.
Now put cashews on top.
You next want to grab the coleslaw dressing. Pour half of the jar of dressing on top and mix.
Then after mixing put the rest of the dressing on top and mix
So good and SOOOO easy!!!
I really hope you enjoy! If you wanted to add a little bit of spice to your coleslaw you could try adding some pepper or some onions! I haven’t tried that, but I would assume it would taste yummy! I love the sweet taste of it the most though! 🙂 I made this for myself and the whole batch was completley gone within two days and I was the only one to eat it. OOPS! 🙂
